Partyinabox packages are DIY (Do It Yourself) by default and include a 24-hour rental period with next-day collection. We deliver your selected equipment, you set it up, then dismantle and securely repack all rental items into the provided box. A refundable AED 500 security deposit applies and is returned after collection and inspection, provided there is no damage, loss, or outstanding charge. For cancellations, the deposit is retained. Any damaged or missing equipment will be assessed after inspection, and late returns will be charged as an additional rental day at the applicable Equipment Only rate.

How long is the rental period?
The rental period is typically for the day of your event. We deliver the equipment before your party starts and generally collect it the following day, depending on the arrangement made during booking.
All electronic and reusable equipment (speakers, lights, bubble machines, cases, rental add-ons like bean bags and power stations) remain the property of Partyinabox and must be returned after the event.
Yes! Items listed as “Party Essentials” or “Consumables” (like balloons, plates, napkins, hats, and purchased add-ons like Piñatas) are yours to keep and use during the party.
Yes, our primary service area covers Dubai. Delivery and collection are included. We confirm venue specifics when you make your inquiry.
Absolutely. You can select the “Custom Package” option in our booking form, or simply choose a base package and select additional Add-Ons.

A refundable AED 500 security deposit is required with your booking. Once the rental equipment is returned and checked in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded to you.

We will review your requested date, location, and package. We’ll then contact you directly (usually via WhatsApp or email) to confirm availability and finalize the booking details.
