BOOKING QUESTIONS

How do I book Partyinabox?
Choose a package, select any optional add-ons and submit your party details through the booking inquiry form. Partyinabox will then contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, your package and add-ons before completing the booking.
No. Submitting the website inquiry confirms that your request has been received, but your booking is only completed after Partyinabox confirms availability and the relevant booking details with you.
The booking form collects your name, mobile or phone number, email, party date, party location, number of children, selected package, selected add-ons and any additional notes.
Yes. Partyinabox provides a “Custom Make Your Package” option for customers who need a different combination of equipment, consumables or available add-ons.
The Partyinabox website is designed as a showcase and booking-inquiry platform rather than an online checkout system. Partyinabox will contact you to confirm the booking details.

PACKAGE QUESTIONS

What packages are available?
Partyinabox offers four core package options:

• Equipment Only — AED 549
• Up to 10 Kids — AED 699
• Up to 20 Kids — AED 829
• Up to 30 Kids — AED 899

A custom package option is also available for customers who need a different combination.
The Equipment Only package includes the complete reusable Partyinabox equipment package. Consumables are not included.
The birthday packages include the full reusable equipment package plus consumables based on the selected child count.
The reusable equipment package forms the base of the birthday packages, while consumables are allocated according to the selected child count.
Partyinabox can review custom package requests and available add-ons based on your party needs.

Yes. Consumables and purchased items remain with the customer and do not need to be returned.
All reusable Partyinabox equipment remains the property of Partyinabox and must be returned after the rental.
Yes. Party consumables are allocated based on the selected package and child count. Tableware is based on the number of children, while some items follow fixed or per-child allocation guidance.
 

ADD-ONS

What add-ons are currently available?

Current add-ons include:

• Bean Bags — AED 50 each/day
• Portable Power Station — AED 200/day
• Filled Piñata — AED 150

Yes. Bean Bags are returnable rental add-ons and are collected with the main rental equipment.

Yes. The Portable Power Station is a returnable rental add-on.
It can be useful for outdoor parties, gardens, parks, remote locations or places without convenient electrical outlets. Suitability depends on the equipment requirements and the capacity of the power station.
Yes. The Filled Piñata is a non-returnable purchase add-on and includes the piñata and candy filling.
 
Optional add-ons can be included with the booking inquiry, subject to availability and confirmation by Partyinabox.
 

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Do you deliver across Dubai?
Dubai is the initial primary Partyinabox service area. Delivery arrangements are confirmed as part of the booking process.
The standard rental period is approximately one day.
Reusable equipment is generally collected the following day, according to the confirmed booking arrangement.
Partyinabox initially manages delivery and collection directly.
Consumables and purchased items stay with the customer. Partyinabox collects reusable equipment and returnable add-ons after the event.

RETURNS & DEPOSIT

Is a refundable security deposit required?

A refundable security deposit may be required for equipment rentals.

The deposit may protect against:

• missing equipment
• damage
• lost accessories
• late returns
• missing rental add-ons
Where a refundable security deposit applies, it is refunded after inspection of returned equipment, subject to the applicable booking conditions.
Damage is one of the situations the refundable security deposit may protect against. Customers should contact Partyinabox regarding any equipment issue during the rental.
Missing equipment, accessories or rental add-ons may affect the refundable security deposit. Partyinabox will review the returned equipment after collection.
No. Reusable equipment and returnable rental add-ons remain Partyinabox property and must be returned.
