Customers are responsible for using rental equipment carefully and appropriately throughout the rental period.

Customers may be responsible for loss, theft, avoidable damage or failure to return reusable Partyinabox equipment during the rental period.
Any applicable charges will depend on the circumstances, the affected equipment and the booking terms confirmed with you.
Customers should notify Partyinabox promptly if rental equipment is damaged, lost or not functioning as expected.
If you need to change, reschedule or cancel a booking, please contact Partyinabox as soon as possible.
Whether a booking can be changed or rescheduled will depend on availability and the circumstances of the request.
Any booking-specific cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions will be communicated during the booking process where applicable.
Partyinabox will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform a booking where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, government restrictions, road or access disruption, utility failures, emergencies, supplier disruption or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Customers remain responsible for supervising their event, guests and children and for ensuring that the event environment is reasonably safe.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Partyinabox will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits liability or customer rights where such liability or rights cannot legally be limited or excluded.
